| Notes: I hate the taste of PB2. I used actual peanut butter in the mash. Even though the mash filtered out some oil, there was definitely some in the boil since there was minimal foam. The transfer to the secondary and to the bottling bucket removed a lot of the oil to allow for carbonation; however, I used cacao flakes in my mash. I see why cacao is put in the secondary. It tasted like baker's chocolate after the boil. The peanut butter flavor was genuine though. |
