Notes: New try with the Marris Otter Malt + El Dorado hops combination. Keep trying until I get what I want. New yeast and mixed with Galena hops.
Also trying a different hop addition style, more classic west coast ipa style with regular additions throughout + small low-temp whirlpool and dry hop. Let's get that flavor in there!

Notes: Goût de cerise sucrée mais aucune cerise dans la recette. La fumée et l'amertume sont bien balancées et subtiles. Le Jarrylo, ou autres variétées très terreuses au boil vont bien avec le style.
Cette recette n'a pas besoin de beaucoup de tweaking à mon goût (JK)...Excellente. |
