Cold conditioned at 32 F. Tasting notes: very good. French saison yeast is more citrusy than earthy, and hop bill delivered a good whack of euro-style bitterness along the lines of Thiriez XXXtra or De La Senne Taras Boulba.

Not sure why my maths off, I have the hand written work and will bring to class with me. I got different OG/FG and ABV #'s!
