Notes: Use steeping grains for 30mins
Didn’t use cooling coil, just submerged pan in cold water and replenished x3 till 40°C, then added it and cold water to fermenter. Still too cold so no need to cool so much try 60°C next time. |

1045 ile , 1,5L Pet şişeye saklanan preparat, açıldığında toplam 2L'ye seyreltilmelidir. Böylece 1034 yoğunluğunda olacaktır.
9L çıkıştan 6 adet PET şişe çıkar. Başlangıçta PET şişeleri hazır bulundurun.
Su değerleri için Kuzeyden Su (düşük mineralli su) kullanılmıştır. Maya gelişimi için, kalsiyum ve magnezyum eklenmiştir.
Koruyucu olsun diye, biraz ot.
JET-30 5 litreden az su ile çalıştırılmamalı, yani en az 2 kilo tahıl ile kullanılmalıdır. |
