Aug 11 - SG is 1.013 - 7.48 %abv - coffee flavour there, dark colour, some fruity (lemon/lime/citrus/generic fruit) notes, some licorice/spice/marshmallow note as well. Alcoholic bite there. Think it needs to age? Aug 15 - SG is 1.010 - 7.88 %abv. tasty. Aug 30 - SG is 1.001 - Must be done
