Visual check at 2 hours shows a 3" thick krausen. - Estimating starting gravity would be 1.052 27Jun2024 Kegging: - FG = 1.006. Again, overattenuation with this strain. ~6.2% ABV (88% attn). - Very clear. Tastes smooth and balanced. Has body. Noticeable honey. Quite nice, and seems promising.
