S33 was 1.5 years expired so pitched 2 packs Dry hopped cold for 3 days, blasted with c02 on day one to rouse the hops. Added 2.5ml of Lemon Grass Extract. Was PLENTY.

For sugar, I used a traditional sugar skull candy (Calaberita de Azúcar). Remember to remove the lentejuelas and aluminium bands before adding to the wort.
