Got some feedback from stormcrow. We missed the carbonation on it massively when canning so that will be better next time. Also, it was "a lot roastier" than when they make it so changing some of the process. Adding the milled dark malts super late in the mash and putting in less. I needed to change the 0.5 lbs of Carafa I to Carafa II so that goes down to 0.25 and I'm using 1 oz less black prinz (4 to 3). Been a year, making this again after having lived on czech dark lager. Editing the original recipe a little bit to include the fact that the dark malts are only added in the mash right before the bag is pulled. Getting the color out and only a small amount of roast. This was originally done, but wasn't reflected in the recipe. Also adjusted the acid slightly up to keep the mash pH below 5.4 as the dark malts would not participate in the enzymatic rest and not contribute the pH there. Original malts were Sugarfoot Sue (Vienna) and Whisper Sister (Pilsner) from Gateway Malting, https://gatewaymalt.com/ Thanks to StormCrow Brewing for the recipe. Gonna give OYL-044 a try. Supposed to be like WLP-029... we'll see. Didn't have black malt, got black prinz, same Lovibond didn't see Dark Chocolate, got briess chocolate.

So, I got frozen berries from Trader Joe's and they were added in secondary but smashing them up first with a potato masher in a bowl with very little water and the malt extract dissolved. They malt extract was added as a afterthought as I did not get great efficiency and figured the water content from the berries would dilute the beer's ABV and body, but next time it will be excluded. Also the strawberries completely overshadowed the kiwis and the kiwis were a bitch to peel so next time they will be excluded as well. And careful with the yeast cause I got too much clove and no banana, I'll probably use a smaller starter and higher fermentation temp next time. It is the perfect beer to give those anti-beer women who you are trying to get drunk and into their pants, hence the name- although it has multiple meanings.

Mash temp 158f. Higher levels give a less fermentable wort and a more full-bodied beer. Roast Cocoa nibs at 300f for 10-15 minutes. Add cocoa nibs, dark bakers chocolate and first addition of coffee at flameout. Steep or whirlpool it for 5-10 mins. You can skip this coffee addition for a more balanced or less coffee flavored beer. Then maybe only do .5oz coarse ground coffee in secondary. Filter off hops, coffee, cocoa into fermenter. After ferment rack onto coarse ground coffee for 7 days. Coffee can be soaked overnight in vodka. Coffee Must be coarse! I boil about 1/4 gallon every 15 mins in a 4 gallon (16 quart) kettle so it took me an hour to boil off 1 gallon. I adjusted recipe to start with 2 gallons. Head Retention: It's possible oils from the cocoa or coffee beans can reduce head retention. Choose dry beans. Or soaking them in vodka can help.
