Mashed low. Finish temp 143
Beer is dry, little sweetness or malty characteristics. I should have mashed higher.

ABV 8.01%
Pretty solid base recipe, would still mash higher
Over carbonated this one at 3x30, watch closely next time

1 Large Orange zested
+ Add to secondary for ~4 days
+ On transfer be careful not to pull in Molasses and Honey on bottom
+ NEEDS clarifying agent in keg |
