Notes: This is a bastardized version of Ballast Point's White House Honey Porter. Beer store did not have black malt so I substituted the midnight malt. Changed out bittering hops, added 0.5 oz of Hallertaur because I had it in the fridge and wanted to bump up the IBU from the predicted 17 with only 1 oz. |
