Darker than I expected, but a good colour. Slightly bitter finish - I've grown to like it, but could consider reducing the IBUs a bit next time. Not hugely hoppy - maybe try adding even later (~1 min) or dry hopping. Quite moreish. Yum. Made a yeast starter (in error) a week or so before the brew, but kept in fridge & pitched cold. Fermentation was turbocharged. Oh yeah, and the starting gravity was a little too low (too much water?), so perhaps foolishly I threw 200g of DME in after the boil. It all came out ok! Fermented at about 20C perched up on some bricks over the edge of a tiled heated floor.
