The beer in both cases turned out to be very tasty. What I found on the bw-20 had a more pronounced hop flavor and a pleasant acidity. What was brewing on CML Kristallweizen is just a nice refreshing wheat beer without a hint of banana (maybe I'm not hearing it). The fermentation temperature was about 22 degrees. Spices (coriander, orange peel and grains of paradise) are noticeable somewhere in the background.
