Notes: Was about 11% abv, fermented dry with lutra, tosna 3.0 protocol with high nitrogen demanding yeast selected, fermaid O as nutrient. Added honey to reach 1.014 fg, pasteurized on the stovetop @65-70C for ten minutes.
Tasted ok before pasteruriyins, not great, but ok. Cheap honey used though.... |
