Notes: Started with 16g, after mash had 14.5g, 11.5g into fermenters
adjusted grain mill to smallest setting to improve efficiency (adjusted to .025 but still had grain mill stopping needing an assist). Did improve efficiency to about 63% (from around 50% at .05)
Dry hopped 1oz citra and 1oz mosaic in each 5 gal batch ( for about 48 hrs put in after fermentation slowed).
(Name comes from using up the rest of last year's hops to make room for fresh batch) |
