Converted to an extract recipe. We made it larger than target ABV on accident, but are very happy with the results. This beer comes out after a week in the bottle as a very hearty dark brown, crystal clear beer. The first word I have for it is BIG. The second I have is tasty. Even keeled and rich. If you want hoppy - keep looking. It tastes like fall should - no pumpkin spice. If you want rich and even and a finish that gently fades away, then try it. I enjoy it very much.
