Yeast nutrient and Irish moss at 15 minutes
Strike temperature 7 gallons is 170 degrees Farenheit. Mash temp 154 at start, 153 at middle .
Gravity at boil . 1.045
7/20 dry hop 1 oz hallertau and drop to 40 degree
