| Notes: Prominent hops with a very dry finish. Not sure if it's from the mineral additions or the Nottingham. Drinks a bit like a lighter version of Arrogant Bastard. The two row toasted to amber is a nice substitute for crystal malt additions in an English style. |

Replaced Endevour (9.8% AA) hops with Northern Brewer (10.2% AA) and First Gold (6.3% AA) with Fuggles (5.1% AA).
Added Northern Brewer at 60 and 30, instead of 60 and 55 to bring IBU's up closer to 20.
Flameout addition @ 180F for 10minutes. |
