Kraussen overflowed Fridge for 48 hours, 72 would be better Decanted About 1L slurry added to fermenter Blowoff into sterile yeast harvester Plan to re-introduce on day 3 or 4 Pitched Yeast at 63F, held for 48 hours, start remping up 3F per day until 80F Krausen overflowed through blowoff into yeast harvester. Reintroduced on day 3. Overflowed again a few days later. After 10 days, I started dropping the temp 2-3F daily until I reached 58F. Sucked back almost a full 1/2 gal jar of star san. That is why I stopped. Bottled 2/25/23
