Mint Flavour at racking to taste
OK, a mint chocolate biscuit stout - hence the name after the Viscount Biscuit.
So, does it work? Absolutely! Mint and chocolate notes with a malty, biscuit finish. This has gone down a storm with everyone who has tired it. I'm really surprised how well mint and beer go together. |
