Recipe Formulation === I'm a little skeptical of the protein rest because I've had bad luck in the past with using a protein rest and destroying my head and body. However, due the the large portion of unmalted wheat, I think it does actually make sense in this case so I'm going to see how it goes and go from there. Last time I did a variant of this recipe I had a hell of a time with a stuck sparge, but I didn't actually use rice hulls. I had to add them in to get it unstuck.
