Notes: 1) Brewed 03/08/26, pitched yeast and tropic thunder @1400, 67f.
2) 3/10/26 High Krausen, 7 day Dry hopped @ 1400 SG = 1.028
“Note” (12-16 hours sooner would be better around 1.045 or so)
3) 3/14/26 3 day Dry hopped @ 1800.
4) 3/17/26 Dumped yeast/hops. reduced temp to 56f
5) 3/18/26 reduced temp to 52f.
6) 3/19/26 -3/20 Reduced temp to 39 and held.
7) 3/21/26 Dumped yeas/hops.
8) 3/22/26 Kegged by O2 free CO2 pressure transfer cooled to 34f.
9) Carb to 2.2-2.4 vol CO2
“Note” pitched yeast at 67f, let temp free rise, topped out at 71.6f then naturally returned to 66.2f. Let fermenter pressure rise to 1.5 psi naturally and held there throughout fermentation. |
