Whirlpooling 212-180 took about 10 min.
The 212-180 whirlpool resulted in a very high IBU. Definitely need to shorten the time, or shoot for half the ibu. 1050/65ibu was more like 1050/85+
3/11 brewed Saturday, dry hopped wed. Keg next Saturday. 0 min addition was .5-1 oz. Of cascade, huell melon. 2.5 dry hop of vic secret and huell melon |
