Aiming for a refreshing, grainy saison, with the lemon-spice character of the BE-134 yeast accentuated slightly with EKG hops and coriander. Brew day: - Acidified with 1.5ml lactic acid. - Est. mash pH = 5.45. Act. = 5.46. Added 1.4ml extra, for ~5.32pH. - OG = 5.63 gal @ 11.4 brix (1.046). ~79% eff. Kegging 21Nov2023: - FG = 1.002 - Tastes good, but coriander not detectable.
