Brewed 7/16. the 1 lb of Golden Promise was excess from another recipe and I wanted to use it up. Could have been 11 of Belgian Pilsner. OG was 1.070 in the fermenter, using TILT. working to keep the temp under 70F through rotating ice packs. After two weeks, let it clean up at 75F FG was 1.014. Bottled 8/21 straight from primary. 9/3 tasting notes: very pleasant. a bit overcarbonated. The body was just right for what I wanted in the style. I had room to add more IBU if I wanted.
