Notes: First dry hop with 1 oz of el dorado and 1 oz galaxy will be done on day 2 or 3 of fermentation depending on activity for 4 days (XXXXXXX).
Second dry hop with 1 oz mosaic and 1 oz of citra will be done on day 8 of fermentation for 3 days (XXXXXXXX).
Second dry hops will be pulled out and the beer will sit until the 14 days is up (XXXXXXXX).
