| Notes: Once primary fermentation completes, give 1-2 day diacetyl rest. During this time, chop up a 4-5 lbs. of mango into cubes and freeze for 1-2 days. This will pasteurize the watermelon. Defrost and beat mango to a chunky pulp. Pour into primary or place in bottom of secondary and rack beer on top, then cold crash for 1-2 days. |

Excellent au goût, super léger, juste assez d'amrtume pour une pills. Couleur claire, léger goût de riz, bière parfaite d'été !
Next time ; un peu plus de grain pour aller chercher un OG un peu plus haut ?

Notes: Og endte på 1053, Vi tappet i 2 kar a 19 og 22 liter. Gjæringstemp startet på 12 og kom etter hvert ned i 9 grader.
Karet med 19 hadde en gravity på 1015 etter 16 dager. De ble da tørrhumlet med 100 gram Crystal og satt på 12 grader for utgjæring.
Karet med 22 liter fikk stå på 9 grader ut gjæringstida. Ølet var klart og velsmakende.
