Was aiming for 15l mash but ended with 17l. Prob had 10mins extra at the lower initial start temp prior to starting the clock on the 60 mins - Actual mash start temp 67.4oC true - had to add 11l of hot water instead of 7l. Possibly due to not being boiling and possibly due to using Pyrex jug. -
