FERMENTO EN SSBREW, UNA SEMANA CON EL SEGUIMIENTO DEL TILT QUE SALE EN LA GRAFICA. LUEGO LA PASO A SECUNDARIO EN 2 CORNIS DE 19 Y UN POCO DE UNO DE 9 LITROS, CARBONATO Y QUEDA UN COLOR MUY BONITO Y ESTÀ MUY RICA. DEJO UNOS DÍAS PARA HACERLE UNA CATA EN CONDICIONES.

Notes: Dry hopped for 3 days and then forced carbonated with CO2 in a copper growler. Hop flavor is excellent - huge citrus and pine notes, and drinks very smooth. A bit more like a NEIPA than I was intending, but very good. Drinks like a session - light but pleasant body. Would brew again. |
