Notes: This is an idea to make a citrus based American wheat. I was tipsy when I was putting it together and ended up throwing in some of the left over hops I had from other beers. Overall it has a nice body, a decent aroma, and very light mouth feel. It does pack a hoppy bitterness and a hop after taste. I have to adjust it for my taste not to be super hoppy flavored but overall im pretty happy with this brew.
Any recommendations to get a higher citrus flavor and less hoppy taste would be very appreciated. I don't know if you can leave comments but please do.

Started off fermenting at 65, and raised temp to 69 in the course of 4.5 days
Added cranberries to muslin bag for 2 weeks
Roasted raw organic cacao nibs at 300 degrees for 5 minutes on a tray in the oven. Let them soak for 3 days in enough Forty Creek Whisky to submerge them. Added all of it to fermenter for the last week.
