Pour boil pot grains into fermentor to strain them lift & drain all grains into fermentor while heating sparge to 175F Measure and sparge to 3.5 gallons wort Return to boil pot and boil/hop per normal 90 mins Protein Crash over ice in the fermentor to get 5+ gallons at pitching temperature; its super fast and bagged ice is sterile enough.
