Cristal malt for residual unfermentable sugars. (crystal 20) Flaked oats - for mouthfeel. (1/2 of cristal malt weight). Make sure enough calcium chloride is in the water before mash. Carbonate slightly less than usual IPA. (1.9-2.3) BALANCED beer is the goal. Hops: Galaxy dominant.
