**Half of the batch, the strong ale M44, recieved the 24 ounces of raspberries with primary fermentation and the other, M42 recieved no fruit.

Notes: Start with 4.25 gallons of RO water. Add salts to full quantity of water.
Heat 3.5 gallons of water to 100 F and add sugars and malto-dextrine. The brown sugar ingredient is actually palm sugar.
Add the rest of the water and bring to a boil and follow the hops schedule per the recipe. |
