Act. pH #2 = 5.34. - OG = 5.7gal @ 10.8 brix (1.043). 81% eff. Kegging 15Apr2025 - FG = 1.000. - Noted astringency on the gravity sample. The initial high mash pH from including tap water may have been a mistake. Will taste again when carbonated and chilled.
