Notes: using 1.25 Q per pound of grain I should be able to do 5.5 G of water for the 17.5 lb of grain
but, forgot dead space issue which is roughly 2 G
so need to stick with 6-6.25 with recirculation

Got OG of 1.084 just off by .01 this time at 70%
lagering at 49 degrees will sit for at least 3 weeks
