After 20 mins, pull 6 quarts, heat to 160, rest 10 mins
Heat decoction to boil and boil for 10 mins.
Return to mash tun target 160. Hold at 160 30 mins
After 30 mins, pull 8 quarts, heat to boil and return to main mash
Mash out at 168. After stirring in, hold 10 mins and fly sparge. |

BREWED 7/15/2018: Whirlpool hops starting at 180 for about 10 minute. Temp dropped to around 170 over the course of the whirlpool.
BREWED 3/10/2019: Same approach to whirlpool hops. Changed the 1 oz @ 20 to .5 @ 20 and 60 each. Also changed the dry hops to keg hops. |
