A cold crash is also supposed to reduce this unwanted byproduct. Did best but showing over 75F when put into primary (based on reading from the chiller rod). Pitched yeast following day, 52F in blanket. Raised temp to 59F on 3/25. To 65F on 3/26. Racked to secondary with no chilling, on 3/29.
