Bottled day 14, tried a sample on 24, drinkable (i.e. I did not throw up!) but not marvelous, am now going to cold lager it for a couple of weeks to see if taste improves and clears. lagered for 4 weeks, that did the trick, cleared up nicely and v pleasant. If this is what passes for real Kolsch the I can see why it is popular. Not likely to win awards it is light on flavour but a good session "lager" style to spend an afternoon with and put the world to rights
