Notes: 1) Put all grains into bag
2) Put grain bag into pot with cool water, bring up to 152 degrees hold for 15 minutes
3) Pull bag, drain but don't squeeze
4) Heat up to boil
5) Turn off heat stir in LME & DME (not the honey though), until melted
6) Bring to boil for 60 minutes
7) 20 min to go add the Pacific Jade
8) 10 min to go add 1 oz Lemondrop
9) Turn off heat, stir in honey after the honey add the last 1 oz of Lemondrop |
