| Notes: Mash pH came out at 4.8 after 30 mins, could have been an anomaly since it was the very bottom of the mash and/or sensor needs recalibration. I doubt it was actually that low since OG of 1.054 indicates 78% efficiency which is the best I've ever gotten. |
