On day 5 (9-5-23) start cold crash to 2 degrees. Left pressure rising during night to above 15 psi. After 10 hours around 5 degrees, pressure was at 12,5 psi. After one week tasting. It tasted epic. On the nose, fruity and herbal, slight pine and earthy tones. Great full and round mouthfeel, slightly malty. Very balanced bitter/fruity/sweetness. Very chuggable.. will be brewing this again!
