Transfer to fermenter and pitch a fruity yeast, ferment it hot. Let it ferment dry and sit on the cake for a while then keg it. Replace hops with whatever you want works great as a leftover freezer hops dumping ground - 6-10 oz works great. Tastes way too good for how easy this is.
