Notes

Simple recipe to use with distilled water. steep the oats at 155 for 25 minutes - bring to boil turn heat off and add LME - boil 45 mins then add the DME in the last 15 of 60 total mins Add all the hops at flame out -> 20 minute whirlpool -> Cool and allow trub to settle for 1hr. Transfer to fermenter and pitch a fruity yeast, ferment it hot. Let it ferment dry and sit on the cake for a while then keg it. Replace hops with whatever you want works great as a leftover freezer hops dumping ground - 6-10 oz works great. Tastes way too good for how easy this is.
