- raised water volume to 3 gal, brought to boil. Added initial malt and hops.
- added late addition malt at 20 min remaining

- added 1/2 tsp reconstituted gelatin for clarifying at 22 min remaining
- OG 1.068 @ 80F, 1.075 @ 60F

- Dryhopped for 3 days
