| Notes: Made this recipe to brew a quick beer using 8-10% smoked malt so as to mask young beer flavors like diacetyl and acetaldehyde. Maple syrup was added when racking to secondary to dry out the beer. Maple syrup was also added for priming sugar when bottling. |
