Total of 11 gallons h2o in hot resulted in 7.5 gallons pre-boil volume. Vorlauf, mash out, and sparse took an hour. Ingredients added at indicated times. Temp dropped to 68 and then put in freezer set at 57 degrees, along with yeast packet. Yeast pitched next morning and work aerated with oxygen. Came in low, 1.040.
