Once the total 60 minutes of boiling has passed turn off the heat, cool the wort down to 180 degrees and add the "whirlpool hops" as noted above stir and let the hops sit in the wort for 20 minutes. Cool the wort down to 70 degrees, transfer the wort to the fermenter, filtering as much of the hop residue from the boil kettle. pitch your yeast and let ferment for 10 days, open up the fermenter, and add the dry hop as noted above. Wait another 3 to 4 days and start bottling.
