What are you drinking right now?

Great glass, and the first registered trademark ever!
Now some Bitter.

Brite beer yet again I think my rice malt produces a brilliantly clear beer and not finnings but Whirlflock at 10 mins in this oh and time:)

Head sux gotta have something to work on;)

This beach brew though is a much more refined beer and half the ABV of the one above at 3.5%abv better mouthfeel too soft delecate lemon zest type thing like a lemon sented meadowo_O:p.

Just shows chucking a heap of sugar at something don't work better sometimes it works against your goal...

Much much better than last tasting. What a difference a week makes!
Bitternes is coming through, as is the Belgian yeast.
Still think I should ferment it a little warmer, but it's back to B4

All good looking brews.

Bavarian Wheat Beer tester bottle at six weeks. ABV: 5%. Similar all round with my West Coast, flavour being the main difference although I find it difficult to describe. Great gentle carbonation and good clarity. I inverted second glass which improved the head and taste. I aren't usually into haze but will see how this progresses and may serve it the latter way in future as the difference is significant.

Bavarian wheat yeast is supposed to be cloudy. The yeasty/bready flavor it imparts is a feature, not a bug...
