First pour of my latest Bitter. Turned out quite well. @Donoroto its very similar to the ones I gave you. A few more IBUs in the two hop additions, 2% more crystal malt and second pitch of the yeast. A little more fruity with a touch more bitterness. Odd it isnt clear but oh well.

Would have joined the call, but the step daughter decided to throw me late Father’s Day and Happy Birthday shindig at her place last night. Cut grass today and needed my entitlement reward of a few brews. Got some Brother Joseph’s Dubbel, some Trim Tab Paradise Now, Cahaba Blonde, and some good ol’ Miller High Life (which gives me horrible reflux now). Just had one of my Frankenbeer V4.0, preceded by the Bro Joe, and a TT Patadise. Time for a nap.

First pour of my Flat Cap Mild. This turned out perfect for what I wanted. Super drinkable, touch of roast, touch of caramel, slight ester but otherwise balanced. 3.5% can drink it all day!
