What are you drinking right now?

I had the opportunity to see some people that I haven't seen in awhile tonight. I really enjoyed that, but I had to make the ultamate sacrifice to go to a bar/restaurant where their lines butchered one of my favorite local APAs. First World problems LOL. Drinking homebrew Blueberry Saison at hone now. Ubering to a brewery tomorrow for more than 2.

I have to wait until it isn't 90 something f ing degrees before I get into that one. Splitting one with my wife in the winter, hell yes.
Wifey buys me the Founder's DB. Not much of a beer drinker, I make her some wine on occasion. She's got her head set on a Passion Fruit wine. The few times I've tasted passion fruit, I've not developed a taste for it. VERY tart to me. Not what I want in a wine, I don't think, considering everything we've made so far has been very dry. Dry plus sour/tart would probably make me give it all away. I'm just not a fan of sour things. I'm sour enough, so need all the help I can get from sweet things.

Back home now in Eugene, it’s time for homebrew!
This is my first bottle of @Zefram Beach Brew. Interesting that it tastes kind of like a Belgian Ale, with a little spicy bite, and is quaffable. Cheers!

Still quite young, easy drinkable, not bitter.
Not much of a Belgian character, maybe I should have upped the temperature a bit (yeast was M47)

My second bottle of Beach Brew, after myriad household chores. The one I drank last night was probably the clearest beer I have brewed (after the glass warmed a little, of course). This is good beer, bottle carbed using PNW wildflower honey! It is an easy sipper for sure. Thanks for sharing your recipe @Zefram

Yup. I have used the Trappist yeast and didn't get brave enough with the temps to get what I wanted. The Saison, I started around 71, free rose to 81 at low krausen, and I still could have gone higher.

Oooh nice.

Just realised I forgot to try priming my golden ale with (Spanish Forest) honey yesterday just as I did with the previous cider. And after I had been yacking about doing it too

This is going to frustrate the life out of me as I am brewing dark and then lager next. Self imposed sin bin coming up. So that is drinking:

Nothing!
