What are you drinking right now?

Enjoying a glass of my "just another hazy and juicy". Definitely pleased with my latest NEIPA attempt. It is pretty darn tasty! Did all the dry hops in one closed loop session before cold crashing. Next time I might try opening up the fermenter and putting the hops in at high fermentation activity in two batches, as per the recipe, rather than going rogue. Great flavor and hoppy, but not overwhelming aroma since much of the hops were packed in tight in the filter tube.

Hoppy, not bitter, other than a slight alcoholic bite. Belgian Tripel, 8.4%. Trying to figure out what hops and malt. Perhaps a little hoppier than expected, but very boozy, yet the malt still shines through. Not a hot weather sipping beer.

Edit: Forgot to mention it has very floral nose. Almost like knockout roses. Any hints on the yeast?

Edit 2.0: ABV 8.4, IBU 40,
HOPS
Mandarina Bavaria, Halletrau Blanc, Talus, Lotus and Sultana

FERMENTABLES
2 row barley, Pils & Vienna

Seek and ye shall find.

Bavarian wheat yeast is supposed to be cloudy. The yeasty/bready flavor it imparts is a feature, not a bug...
That's that settled then, another stage in my personal development. I won't expect the clarity to come right through, cheers:cool: Looking forward to how the mini-kegs turn out.
