I would say that the WLP080 made the biggest difference from previous batches. Gave the beer that crisp lager bite that I wasn’t getting before.

4 months in the 2 gallon keg. Strong Bitter [ABV 4.5%]. Surprisingly not that well matured tastewise, but then I put it straight in storage without conditioning. Here is an example to self of the importance of doing just that (and have with the rest since). It is okay to drink so gotten away with it, not a total disaster drama. Now I have got more used to dry hopped beers I would describe this one as a medium bitter. A good option to go to when the mood or food calls for something less intense.
